Dog Training Pads with Moisture Lock, 50-Count (Misc.) I bought two of 50 packs and was very disappointed. They aren't the same quilted pads OUT distributes from Target. They weren't quilted and the urine ran off and leaked before it absorbed. I called OUT at 1-800-448-8552 and they confirmed they make two differnt grades of pads with the exact same name the only difference is the better quilted ones have a handle at the top of the package.
